1. Eligibility:
- The Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay Magic Round Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, its related entities, agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion commences Monday, 23 March 2026 and closes Sunday, 19 April 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter:
- To enter, participants must purchase any Balter product in venue at Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay during the Promotion Period; and complete the entry form via:

- One (1) eligible purchase = one (1) entry.

- Multiple entries are permitted, subject to separate qualifying purchases.

4. Prizes:
- There is one (1) major prize to be won, consisting of:

• Two (2) x 3-Day Gold Passes to NRL Magic Round on Friday, 15 May - Sunday, 17 May (total prize value $638); and

• One (1) $1,000 Flight Centre voucher, delivered electronically.

Total prize pool value: $1,638 AUD.

5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 20 April 2026 at Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay Street, Double Bay NSW 2028.

6. Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw may take place.

7. Prize Claim:
 - The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

- The Flight Centre voucher is subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions.

- Any additional travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

8. General Conditions:
- By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. 
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol.

- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
