1. Eligibility:

• The Royal Oak Hotel "Win your ultimate Race Day at Moët & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day" campaign (the "Promotion") is open to NSW residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of the Promoter (Puruse Pty Ltd as trustee for Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay Unit Trust #1), Australian Turf Club, Moët & Chandon, and their affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period:

• The Promotion begins on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at open of business and ends on Friday, 16 October 2026 at close of business (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter:

• To participate, entrants must (a) purchase an eligible Moët & Chandon product at Royal Oak Hotel during the Promotion Period, and (b) complete the entry form or digital entry mechanism with their personal details, and submit along with proof of purchase.

• Entries correspond to the qualifying product purchase tiers:

  • Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut ($125) = 1 entry

  • Moët & Chandon Impérial Rosé ($140) = 2 entries

  • Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut Magnum ($250) = 3 entries

• Multiple entries are permitted, with a limit of one (1) entry submission per person per day.

• Proof of purchase required is an original itemised receipt clearly showing the eligible product and date within the Promotion Period.

4. Prizes:

• Total prize pool valued at over $5,500, comprising:

  • Major Prize (1 winner): Ultimate Race Day experience for 8 guests at Royal Randwick on Moët & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day (Saturday, 24 October 2026), valued at over $4,000, including:

    • Shared dining experience for 8 guests at Royal Randwick's Grandview Restaurant with panoramic views and free-flowing Moët & Chandon

    • Return transfers from one (1) pick-up location in Sydney CBD only

    • One drop-off at Royal Oak Hotel after the races

    • $300 Food and Beverage Tab at Royal Oak Hotel (if unable to be used on Saturday 24 October 2026, winners must notify Royal Oak Hotel prior)

  • Runner-Up Prizes (25 winners): 25 x Members' double passes to Royal Randwick on Moët & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day (Saturday, 24 October 2026), 1 double pass per winner.

5. Winner Selection:

• The draw will take place at Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St, Double Bay NSW 2028 at 12:00 pm AEDT on Monday, 19 October 2026 via random electronic or barrel draw.

• The first valid entry drawn will win the Major Prize; the next twenty-five (25) valid entries drawn will each win a Runner-Up Prize.

6. Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified in writing and via phone within two (2) days of the draw (by Wednesday, 21 October 2026), using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

7. Prize Claim:

• Prizes must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEDT on Thursday, 22 October 2026.

• In the event of an unclaimed Major Prize, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 2:00 pm AEDT on Thursday, 22 October 2026 at Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St, Double Bay NSW 2028. Unclaimed runner-up prizes may be redrawn or managed at the Promoter's discretion.

• Prizes are subject to availability, event scheduling, Australian Turf Club conditions of entry, and Royal Oak Hotel venue conditions.

8. General Conditions:

• By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to regulatory approval.

• All patrons and entrants attending Australian Turf Club venues remain subject to the Australian Rules of Racing, NSW local rules, Australian Turf Club venue policies, and the Smoke-Free Environment Act 2000 (NSW).

• All winners and guests attending Royal Oak Hotel as part of the prize must comply with Royal Oak Hotel's venue entry conditions, licensing requirements, and any lawful directions issued by venue staff or management.

• The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol and encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly.

• The Promoter's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

• The Promotion is conducted under the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes will be resolved subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Privacy:

• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners, and handling prize fulfilment, and will be subject to Royal Hotels Group's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.royaloakdoublebay.com.au/privacy-policy. Personal information may be disclosed to Australian Turf Club, Royal Oak Hotel, and relevant service providers where reasonably necessary for prize administration and fulfilment.
