1. Eligibility:
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay Footy Finals campaign (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion begins on Wednesday, 28 May 2025 and ends on Wednesday, 9 July 2025 at 11:59 pm AEDT (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter:
- To participate, entrants must  purchase a VB jug or VB Schooner in the venue and fill out the form at the following website: https://www.royaloakdoublebay.com.au/win-state-of-origin to gain entry into the Promotion. 

- One drink purchase equates to one entry into the draw.

4. Prizes:
- Two (2) x Double Pass (two tickets) Tryzone Reserve State of Origin Game 3 valued at $339 per ticket, $678 total on Wednesday, 9 July 2025.
- One (1) x Entertainment pack consisting of; LG 75” UQ90 4K UHD LED Smart TV, LG SN4 300W 2.1 Channel DTS Virtual: X Soundbar & Royal Oak branded merch pack. Valued at $2,500.

5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at the conclusion of each of Game (Game 1: 28 May, Game 2: 18 June & Game 3: 9 July) at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St DOUBLE BAY NSW 2028 in the Sports Bar.

6. Winner Notification:
- The winner must be in the Sports Bar at the conclusion of each game to claim the prize.
- If the winner drawn is not present, the prize will be re-drawn that night.
- This will continue until we get a winner in the venue.

7. Prize Claim:
 - The winner must be in the Sports Bar at the conclusion of each game to claim the prize.
- If the winner drawn is not present, the prize will be re-drawn that night.
- This will continue until we get a winner in the venue.
- Tickets will either be sent via e-ticket to the winner’s nominated email address or be available to collect at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St DOUBLE BAY NSW 2028.

8. General Conditions:
- By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. 
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol.

- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

- Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be subject to Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay & Royal Hotel Group’s Privacy Policy.
