1. Eligibility:
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay Footy Finals campaign (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion begins on 12 September 2025 and ends on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 11:59 pm AEDT (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter:
- To participate, entrants must  purchase a Mega Jug of Balter Xpa or Hazy in the venue and fill out the form at the following website: https://www.royaloakdoublebay.com.au/footy-finals to gain entry into the Promotion. 

- One transaction equates to one entry into the draw.

4. Prizes:
- Double Pass (two tickets) Tryzone Reserve NRL Grand Final tickets valued at $339 per ticket, $678 total on Sunday, 5 October 2025.

5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at 9:00 am AEDT at random on Wednesday, 1 October at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St DOUBLE BAY NSW 2028.

6. Winner Notification:
- The winners will be notified via email by close of business, 5:00 pm AEDT on Wednesday, 1 October. 
- The winner must respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the prize will be re-drawn. 

7. Prize Claim:
- To claim a prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in the notification email.
- Tickets will either be sent via e-ticket to the winner’s nominated email address or be available to collect at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St DOUBLE BAY NSW 2028.

8. General Conditions:
- By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. 
- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol.

- Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

9. Privacy:
- Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be subject to Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay & Royal Hotel Group’s Privacy Policy.
