1. Eligibility:

• The Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay Father's Day Prize campaign (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period:

• The Promotion begins on Modnay 10 August at 10:00AM AEST and ends on Sunday, 6 September 2026 at 11:00PM AEST (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter:

• To participate, entrants must (a) purchase any Great Northern product at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay during the Promotion Period, and (b) complete the entry form available at the venue.

• One completed entry form equates to one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted, with one entry per Great Northern product purchased.

4. Prizes:

• One (1) x Father's Day Prize Pack valued at over $1,400 total, comprising:

  • Gozney Tread Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven

  • Trail Bundle (includes Tread Venture Stand and Tread Venture Bag)

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday, 7 September 2026 at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St DOUBLE BAY NSW 2028.

6. Winner Notification:

• The winner will be contacted on Monday, 7 September 2026 via the contact details (email and/or phone) provided at the time of entry.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Claim:

• The prize will be available for collection at the Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay, 28 Bay St DOUBLE BAY NSW 2028, by arrangement with the winner.

• The prize must be collected within 30 days of the winner being contacted.

• The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer (Gozney) for the pizza oven and Trail Bundle components.

8. General Conditions:

• By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.

• Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

• Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol.

• Royal Oak Hotel Double Bay's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

9. Privacy:

• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be subject to Royal Hotels Group's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.royaloakdoublebay.com.au/privacy-policy.
